**How it works:**

2. The player's Kong teleports towards the opponent's hoop
3. If successful, the player will be in a better position to score
4. If unsuccessful, the player will be out of position&#x20;

**Cooldown:** The cooldown period for Rush Hour is designed to encourage strategic play, as the player must decide when it will be most advantageous to attempt it.
