Detailed Description
How it works:
Player presses the Rush hour button.
The player's Kong teleports towards the opponent's hoop
If successful, the player will be in a better position to score
If unsuccessful, the player will be out of position
Cooldown: The cooldown period for Rush Hour is designed to encourage strategic play, as the player must decide when it will be most advantageous to attempt it.
Base cooldown = 3 seconds
